Philip Monticciolo provides key development and project management for our firm. This includes construction observation, comprehensive physical needs assessments, grant preparations, and consultation with various governmental agencies on behalf of our team and its partners. We have worked on all phases of the acquisition and development of affordable housing, from acquiring and rehabilitating hundreds of units, assisting in the government aspects for the sale of multifamily assets, and structuring tax-exempt debt. Our typical projects include creative financing packages with various forms of government subsidies and non-profit partners. Together we have worked on and provided oversight to over 3000 units of affordable housing. With this experience comes a wealth of first-hand, comprehensive knowledge of the financing and construction process for affordable housing projects, especially as it pertains to Public Housing redevelopment.
